Information you provide
Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, property postcode, the service you are interested in and your description of the proposal. A phone number is optional. We also receive information you choose to include in emails and subsequent correspondence.
Please share only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information or details identifying children or care residents. If project work needs additional personal information, its handling should be agreed as part of that work.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, understand your proposal, discuss suitable services and prepare a quote. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, this is our lawful basis. For other business enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to people seeking our services and managing that correspondence. Security and spam prevention support our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users. Where a legal obligation requires particular records, that obligation is the basis for keeping them.
You can contact us by email instead of using the form. Without sufficient contact and project details, we may be unable to respond meaningfully. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and overseas processing
Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to our email inbox. Submissions may also be stored in our Formspree account. Our email provider handles messages sent to and from us. Website hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and request details.
Formspree is a US provider and describes processing in the United States and other countries. Other providers may also process information outside the UK. Formspree describes its use of standard contractual clauses for processor transfers on its security page. Website technology
The website currently has no added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and sends technical information such as your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
Hosting security tools and Formspree’s submission or anti-spam pages may use cookies or similar technology to operate and prevent abuse. Their handling of information is described by the relevant provider. We do not use the enquiry form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How long information is needed
The appropriate retention period depends on whether an enquiry is ongoing, leads to an appointment, or needs to be retained for a legal obligation or a potential claim. These factors determine when correspondence and submission records can be deleted. You can ask us about the records held for your enquiry or request deletion, subject to any applicable reasons for keeping them.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have conditions and exceptions. Contact us using the details above; we may need to confirm your identity.
